Mark McFadden Is an Irish artist living on the cote d'azur, and working in Monaco. The desire to paint has been present for most of his life, an unrequited love which has spanned decades. Only recently was he inspired to finally pursue what is true to his heart. Although new to the art world, McFadden's art has developed quickly with a distinctive and unique style, there is great passion to be seen and felt in his work.   

 Subsequently, a result of his late arrival to art, his work has been uninfluenced by the various schools of modern art and therefore quite pure, there is an innocent quality, yet, with a most interesting depth and emotional mystery. 

The work is oil on large canvas using only a palette knife, which is rich in texture and only adds to the intensity and passion one feels when looking at his work. 

McFadden's work has already found its way into private collections. His art speaks volumes, most definitely a name to watch out for and an exhibition to experience. 

McFadden will be exhibiting at the  Association des Jeunes Monegasque  in the Metropole Centre, Monaco from 8th to 30th July 2010.

The exhibition is open from 15:00 to 20:00 Tuesday to Friday and 16:00 to 20:00 on Saturday .
